Inhale and exhale as you begin to massage 2-3 drops of oil into your palms. Ensure you are guiding the oil from the base of the chin to the forehead area. Continue to do so in circular motions until oil is absorbed. Once complete, add the remainder oil onto the décolletage (neck and chest).
